TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following terms and conditions cover the use of our services only and conditions may be adjusted from time to time. Please read before making a booking with Sacred Knot.

APPLICATION

These Terms and Conditions will apply to the purchase of services by you (the Customer). We/us/our refers to Sacred Knot Tattoo Ltd (a company registered in England and Wales under number 11115409) registered at 6 Garage Street, Llandudno, LL30 1DW.

By ordering any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

GOODS

Our online shop is run by the artistic collective Northern Fire Ltd so please refer to their Terms & conditions before making a purchase.

Any designs produced by us for you will remain our intellectual property and may not be used in any other form than agreed without our prior written consent.

We can make changes to the services on offer which are necessary to comply with any applicable law or safety requirement.

BASIS OF SALE

We will send our full terms of business when tattoo dates have been agreed along with any other admin requirements.

A contract will be formed for the booking when you receive an email from us confirming that all requirements have been met.

Any quotation is valid for a maximum period of 14 days from its date, unless we expressly withdraw it at an earlier time.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change the prices shown at any time and we will contact you before your session is confirmed in the event of an alteration being made.

All payments must be in full and in Great British Pounds Sterling (£GBP).

Conversion fees from foreign currencies must be borne by the customer and not deducted from the invoice total.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel or reschedule any booking providing at least 28 days notice has been provided. Any rescheduling will incur a £50 administration fee

Any cancellation or rescheduling requests within that timeframe may result in the loss of your deposit and this will be at our discretion.

To meet the cancellation deadline, you will need to send communication in writing or via email within the cancellation period.

CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND CONTROL

In the event of any failure by a party due to something beyond its reasonable control, the party will advise the other party as soon as is reasonably practicable. The party’s obligations will be suspended so far as is reasonably practicable provided that the party will act reasonably.

PRIVACY

We comply with the General Data Protection Regulation with regard to your personal information.

We are a data controller of the personal data we process in providing goods to you

Where you supply personal data to us in the purchase of goods, we will comply with our obligations imposed by the data protection laws:

  • We will only process personal data for the purposes identified

  • We will respect your rights in relation to your personal data

  • We will implement technical and organisational measures to ensure your personal data is secure
